EV Buddy ("we", "us") collects the information you provide when you create an account — your mobile number, name, and optional profile and vehicle details — to operate the booking service and communicate with you about your bookings.

We share your contact details with the mechanic assigned to your booking only once it is confirmed, so the job can be carried out. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Payment details are handled directly by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

You can review and update your profile information at any time from your account settings, or contact us to request deletion of your account.
