By creating an account and booking a service through EV Buddy, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed for service once you complete the handling fee payment. The handling fee is non-refundable. Bookings may be cancelled free of charge before a mechanic has been confirmed; after that, please contact support.

Payments

The final labour and parts amount is billed only after the job is completed and is payable through the app. Any part requiring your approval will not be used without it.

Service Coverage

Service availability depends on your location and is subject to change as we expand coverage.
